We don't have an abundance of experience in the process for designing a booth display - things like graphics and making sure that it's going to fit and look right. That could have made this rough and/or the end-product disappointing. Lauren in sales was absolutely fantastic in assisting us. I'm sure we were making some real JV mistakes but she was patient and after 4 or 5 emails back-and-forth we finally got it. Everything arrived within a week and looked great. Will use them again.

Great experience with the entire Joy Displays team. Item arrived quickly and with no issues. Very simple ordering system online and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone and I will purchase again from Joy Displays.

Item arrived quickly and correctly fit the 20x10 pop-up we'd also purchased from JoyDisplays.
My only complaint is that the pop-up BARELY fits in their- which is great for not jostling around, but snags the plastic clips when trying to put it in.
