LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
www.joydisplays.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.joydisplays.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. When placing an order with Joy Displays the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. Joy Displays’ limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold Joy Displays harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Joy Displays does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Joy Displays is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Joy Display's control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Joy Displays’s discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame. In no event shall www.joydisplays.com's liability to Customer's for any claims under this Agreement exceed the amount paid by Customer to www.joydisplays.com during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the event's giving rise to Customer's claim. When it comes to shipping delays we follow UPS rules and Exclusions. We are unable to refund any delays due to the following below: Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or other-wise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil, unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions. – International Shipments for which the customer is responsible as the payer of any applicable duties and taxes and Delivery is delayed until payment arrangements are made. Joy Display is not responsible for any taxes nor broker fees imposed by the Canadian government or any other foreign Entity for the Drop ship of our products. Nor Joy Displays is responsible for any shipping delays caused by the government agency. It is the receivers responsibility to pay all duty/ taxes and broker fees associated with the shipment to the country of destination.
USE OF SITE:
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a www.joydisplays.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
