What is the production/shipping time?
Production times and shipping estimates can be found on the product page. For further inquiries about turnaround time, please check with a graphic representative before approving. Production time may be affected by holidays. Click here to see more.
Is printing included with the display?
Printing fees are included with all graphic packages. For more information regarding what is included, please refer to the product description / spec sheet.
Where can I find assembly instructions?
Assembly instructions can be found under the "Resources" section of the product description. Additional setup videos/tutorials can be found on our YouTube page.
What hard case would you recommend for this item?

Ordering

What's the production time?
Production and delivery time estimates are provided in the item descriptions. Production times may increase for large quantity orders of the same item.
How do I order?
  • Choose the item and review the description for sizes, graphic templates, production and delivery times, then add to cart.
  • Purchase from cart.
  • Receive an order confirmation email and click on "Upload Graphics" to receive your proof.
Will I receive a proof after uploading?
Proofs are provided within 3–5 business hours of graphic upload. Production will not start until the proof is approved.
How do I approve my proof?
You should respond directly to the proof email, confirming that the proof is approved. Approval MUST be sent directly to the graphic representative via email — phone or online chat approvals are not counted. If direct approval is not received before the deadline, production will be delayed.
Where do we ship?
We ship within the United States and Canada. Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the continental United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and other countries). We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
What is the status of my order?
Most items ship out within 3–8 business days after proof approval. For further inquiries about your order status, please contact a graphic representative for assistance.
My order arrived damaged. How can I get a replacement?
Please inspect for damaged or missing parts immediately upon receipt. Contact us at sales@joydisplays.com or 833-569-3477 to report any problems, and keep all original packaging for inspection. Reports must be made within 7 days of receipt, with photos of all items and damaged areas. Once the shipper and RMA confirm the damage, a replacement order will be processed. Graphics

Where can I upload graphics?
After purchase, you can upload graphics here. Please note your order # when uploading. Graphic proof(s) will be sent out before production. If you received a graphic proof before purchase, please notify us of your order # so we can link your files to your order.
What type of file should I send?
The following files are acceptable: .SVG, .AI, .EPS, .JPG (high-resolution only), .PDF (preferred — high-resolution or vectored only), .PSD, or .TIF. Full artwork requirements can be found on our Upload Graphics page.
How can I create graphics?
Graphic templates are located on the product page. Please follow the template dimensions and graphic requirements, and check your graphic resolution and spelling. Watch our template design tutorial for step-by-step instructions.
Can you ensure the colors match our previous display/company colors?
Because production factors change over time, items printed at separate times may have different color turnout. For color accuracy, we recommend purchasing a Test Print or PMS Color Matching. We can color-match all media materials except Backlit Fabric and Acrylic Panels, and we cannot color-match Neon or Metallic colors. See individual product descriptions for more details.
How do I get help with designing my booth?
Graphic services are available if needed. Simply fill out this form, and a graphic representative will provide a custom quote. When submitting the form, please provide:
  • Your logos, images, and design examples
  • A detailed description of your design
  • The item(s) of your interest
