Artwork Requirements

  • The following files are acceptable: .SVG, .AI, .EPS, .JPG (high-resolution only), .PDF (preferred — high-resolution or vectored only), .PSD, or .TIF*
  • If uploading an Illustrator file (.AI, .EPS, .PDF), you must convert all fonts to outlines.
  • Provide all linked images or files.
  • Build the file at full-scale (150 DPI minimum) or half-scale (300 DPI minimum).
  • Use CMYK color mode.
  • Cover all areas of the graphic template, including blue trim areas — these will print too. Do NOT place important objects (logos or text) in these areas.
  • Due to file size limitations, any .AI, .PSD, or .TIF file over 10 GB must be converted to .JPG or .PDF before uploading.

Graphic Proofs Guideline

  • Production begins the next business day after you approve your proof.
  • Proofs must be approved by 4:00 PM CST for production to begin the next business day. Proofs approved after 4:00 PM CST will go into production the day after next.
  • Most graphic proofs are sent within 5 business hours. For larger booths and special products, it may take 1–2 business days.
  • Graphic proofs will be compressed to reduce file size.
  • Approval must be sent directly to your graphic representative via email — phone or chat approvals are not counted. If direct approval isn't received before the deadline, production will be delayed.
