We did want to share that we are not completely satisfied with the fabrics we received this time. We understand this may be due to a different supplier, but we would like to explore the possibility of receiving the fabrics again from the previous supplier, as we feel the quality is lower compared to what had been offered before.

This is the main point we wanted to highlight, since maintaining the quality standard of the materials is very important to us. Other than that, we truly appreciate the great work from your team — you have always been very responsive, professional, and fast with deliveries, and we really value that.
