I was looking for a backlit trade booth display and I came across this SEGO series through Joy Displays. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience and the quality of this product. You won't be disappointed working with the company (sales rep David) or the SEGO E product itself. I so recommend hiring a graphic designer to design the graphic. Once designed, I easily uploaded it to David who then worked with me one-on-one to get the proof, printing, and shipping done quickly. Per my request, he even sent me photos of the final graphics/product before shipping it to our conference (since I was not able to ship it to my home for review). I was highly impressed with the quality of the print. It was perfect and exactly what I envisioned. Our customers really loved how "on brand" we appeared and the backlit design was eye-catching! Since this was my first time using Joy Displays, I was nervous about making sure everything would arrive in great condition and on time. While two of the LED lights were loose, everything else was perfect.

The SEGO E kit comes packed in four (4) separate zippered and foam-padded cases. It was well organized, easy to assemble, no tools were required, and everything just clicked into place. They included clear instructions to help you get it set up quickly (which took two (2) people about 1 hour in total). Next time, we can do it faster. I do recommend taking photos of each case before unpacking them so you can put everything back in the proper way. This helped us pack it up very quickly and easily.

As my company grows, I will definitely use this company again. The SEGO kit is also modular, so if I want to add more space to my booth I can easily order another SEGO panel. Thank you for a great product and quick turn around!!!

I am super pleased with our order from Joy Displays, every single question I've had they have answered in a very timely matter and David our rep was great every step of the way until delivery. I will definitely be coming back for any other display orders. Everything being modular makes the booth great and it's very bright so it gives our images a great look when lit up. Super easy to assemble as well which is what we needed to stop carrying a bunch of tools. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fast setup
