I would definitely recommend this product. Not only was the customer service rep very quick to produce an artwork draft for my review, but the 20Ft display was shipped out in no time. I was worried it would be difficult to put together as I have put a number of trade show displays together over the years, but this was by far the easiest display to setup. The product arrived with the graphic already attached which was a HUGE help when we're talking about 20FT.

Easy to set up, cost effective and a very helpful communicative sales team. This was worth every penny!

This has got to be the easiest, most cost-effective and best way to do pop-ups. A 20 ft pop up, had it out of the box and up and assembled in 5 minutes.

This product is amazing! Got it for a trade show. I was skeptical about ordering from here because I didn't see any other reviews on third party sites. Most of the products on this site have less 5 reviews (generally all great reviews), so I wasn't sure about their legitimacy. I tried calling customer service but they didn't pick up, so I did the online chat. The online chat people are suuuuuper helpful. If they didn't respond to me, I probably wouldn't have ordered.

The order arrived 3 days after I approved the proof. The proof was sent to me on the same day that I placed the order. In total, it was a 4 day affair. Very quick service. The product opens and closes in minutes and the print came out perfect. The fabric is stretchy so when you open the pop up completely, the wrinkles disappear. Would order from Joy Displays again. Already recommended Joy Displays to another business already. Only sad thing is that the carrier that the pop up came in ripped on the handle. No damage to the pop up, but I wish the fabric carrier was stronger. Would order from them again, though.
