The process of ordering was quick, easy and I was confident after I recevied the proof of what I was getting. When the product arrived, I opened it up and 1) was impressed with the construction quality of this huge wall; 2) the artwork looked great, and 3) the function to setup this wall was SO FAST. I set it up for to make sure it looked good and put it away in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed working with the Joydisplays team. They understood what I was looking for, and they were quick to respond.

We worked very closely with Lauren to create the banner. She was able to capture exactly what we were looking for and was very patient with us as we had to make some adjustments to create the image we needed.

I was honestly blown away by the quality of the product but more importantly the quality of the service. Anthony and the design team helped fix some issues I had with my art files for free. The turn around and shipping was also incredibly fast. I would highly recommend Joy Displays to anyone looking for tradeshow materials. The quality of the images are amazing and the booth setup is a breeze thanks to their design system.

We recently purchased the SEGO double sided backlit banner, and we were amazed with the quality! More recently, we ordered a replacement graphic, and it turned out beautifully! Their customer service is incredible. I wanted to make sure we would receive the product in time for our next conference, and they responded quickly, and even gave me deadlines for submitting artwork and approving artwork. It made the entire process less stressful. We will definitely order more in the future!

I ordered a couple of tension fabric banner displays and was really pleased with the quality, speed of shipment, and customer service. I will gladly use Joy Displays again for my next event signage project.

This backlit backdrop has been incredible for our events, helping us to stand out at events amidst the overwhelming sea of other booths. We really like how the graphics can be swapped out, and have purchased several additional graphics that we swap out depending on the event. The ordering process is simple and easy, and all of our orders have shipped on time or early. I'm very impressed and will continue to use and recommend these!

We originally purchased the 20ft x 7.4ft SEGO Modular Double-Sided Lightbox Display and have since purchased several additional graphics for the frame. The retractable banner looked exactly the same as the graphic we submitted. It is sturdy and was delivered only a few days after we submitted our order.
