I was honestly blown away by the quality of the product but more importantly the quality of the service. Anthony and the design team helped fix some issues I had with my art files for free. The turn around and shipping was also incredibly fast. I would highly recommend Joy Displays to anyone looking for tradeshow materials. The quality of the images are amazing and the booth setup is a breeze thanks to their design system.

We recently purchased the SEGO double sided backlit banner, and we were amazed with the quality! More recently, we ordered a replacement graphic, and it turned out beautifully! Their customer service is incredible. I wanted to make sure we would receive the product in time for our next conference, and they responded quickly, and even gave me deadlines for submitting artwork and approving artwork. It made the entire process less stressful. We will definitely order more in the future!

This backlit backdrop has been incredible for our events, helping us to stand out at events amidst the overwhelming sea of other booths. We really like how the graphics can be swapped out, and have purchased several additional graphics that we swap out depending on the event. The retractable banner looked exactly the same as the graphic we submitted. It is sturdy and was delivered only a few days after we submitted our order.
